If you’re looking for new appliances, you can look at Alza (www.alza.cz), which has an English-language section. They deal in new and lightly used products.
For used appliances, check Facebook, particularly Prague Buy/Sell/Trade.
Prague Thrift Store also often has small appliances (mixers, blenders, etc.) for sale; these are always used.
